We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in the Farnley (LS12) area which includes: Farnley Silver Royd Hill.

Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
- Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes evenings as agreed within your working hours.

- Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules.

- Fluids and nutrition and safe administration of medication.
- Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores (React to Red).
- Infection prevention and control, health and safety.
- Learning Disabilities (Oliver McGowan Tier 1), mental health and capacity.
