Be Caring Ltd is looking for Care Assistants in Leeds, specifically in Beeston (LS11), Holbeck (LS11), and Cottingley (LS11). Applicants must be based in Leeds, UK, and we are recruiting 3 female drivers only.
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend working:
- Early shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Your working pattern will be agreed upon, setting a 2-week rota that includes:
- Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
- Evenings as agreed within your working hours
We offer fully funded DBS, paid induction training (1 week classroom-based, 2 days shadowing, and additional online modules), and training development with funded Level 2 and other accredited courses. Holiday pay accumulates with working hours and length of service.
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
- Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
- Promote independence using enabling approaches.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
- Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
- Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
