Make a Difference in Your Community – Join Be Caring as a Full-Time Care Worker (Drivers Only).

Be Caring is recruiting 7 full-time Care Workers (Drivers only) covering areas across S20 (Halfway, Mosborough, Westfield, Waterthorpe, Owlthorpe, Beighton, Sothall) and S12 (Hackenthorpe, Birley, Frechville).

Working Hours

Your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:

  • Early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

We’ll agree your working pattern together, setting a 2 week rota which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends
  • Every Saturday or every Sunday
  • Agreed evening availability

You’ll support people in your local community to:

  • Live independently and confidently
  • Stay connected with others
  • Achieve meaningful personal outcomes
  • Stay safe, respected, and well-cared for

Whether it’s helping with medication, preparing meals, assisting with personal care, or being a friendly face, you’ll be making a real difference every single day.

No Experience? No Problem.

Whether you’re brand new to care or returning after caring for someone close to you, we provide comprehensive training:

  • 1 week classroom-based induction
  • 2 days shadowing with experienced colleagues
  • Ongoing online learning modules

You’ll also gain training in:

  • Mental health and capacity (Oliver McGowan Tier 1)
  • Moving and positioning
  • Medication and nutrition
  • Dignity, respect, and professional boundaries
