Be Caring is recruiting Care Assistants to support people living in North Newcastle (NE2/NE3/NE7) in their own homes. You do not need a degree or formal care qualifications—just the right values, such as patience, empathy and a can-do attitude.
The role follows a 2-week rota with early and late shifts, including alternating weekends; both full-time and part-time hours are available. Mileage is paid, and you may be eligible for bonus schemes and funded training.
