Job Description Summary:
We are the public body that looks after England’s historic environment. We champion historic places, helping people understand, value and care for them. In this role you will support the Health & Safety and Legal teams in a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
As Legal and Health & Safety Office Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across the Health & Safety and Legal teams, ensuring efficient operation of key business functions.
Who we are looking for:
- Administration/secretarial experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong experience and understanding of MS Word and Outlook, good aptitude for IT systems
- Numerate with analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills – tidy and systematic approach
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
