The Data team's goal is to inform every Unifrog decision with data, including decisions taken by our teammates, university and employer partners, and the teachers and students who log into the Unifrog platform daily.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding how Unifrog is used and building the team's understanding of how students, teachers, and partners use the platform.
- Acting as the first point of contact for product requests into the Data team.
- Tackling product questions that need analytical work.
- Surfacing opportunities for product improvement.
- Bringing platform data to life for partners.
- Contributing to the Data team's shared workload.
You will become an expert in:
- How the Unifrog platform works behind the scenes.
- Our analytics stack — Amazon Athena and SQL Server.
- The product priorities of the Unifrog team.
- Applying statistical thinking to product problems.
- Communicating data findings to a range of audiences.
You will regularly work with:
- The Data Insights and Research Manager.
- The Data Analysis team.
- The wider Data team.
- The Product team.
- User-facing colleagues across schools, partnerships, and marketing.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Technically fluent with data.
- Statistically minded.
- Curious about user behaviour.
- A clear and persuasive communicator.
- A collaborative team member.
Preferred experience includes 2+ years in roles such as Data Analyst or Product Analyst. Experience in the education sector is useful but not required.
Benefits include:
