The Role
This is a full-time role as a Digital Account Management (YouTube and Social Media) at Be A Bear. As a Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client YouTube and other Social channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve all aspects of channel management across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. One of the key accounts you will be looking after is the BET International YouTube channel alongside the team at Paramount.
The Perfect Candidate:
You’ve done this already, but you’re looking for a real challenge now. You’ve grown digital channels in a previous role, and you’re confident in your ability to define a strategy and stick to it. Experience in kids media would be a big plus.
You’re as comfortable managing a team of juniors as you are managing client expectations, even when things aren’t going to plan.
You\’ve got experience working with entertainment brands, and you\’re keen to maximise on this.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working within a growing team of digital strategists, and managing Digital Channel Assistants
- Creating channel strategy directly with clients, and understanding the nuances that apply to their business
- Responsible for everything that happens on a set of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels, from content schedules through to claims
- Focussed on ways to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, TikTok, Instagram,, but learnings on other channels help
- Responsible for reporting back to the client and the wider team
- Work with the wider team to identify channel trends
- Communicating insights back to the client in a clear and concise way
- Follow competitor behaviour and general social trends
- Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content
- A passion for media and entertainment brands
- An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends
- Excellent time management
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management
- Worked in an account management role
- Fluent in YouTube analytics
- Experience using other supporting tools such as VidIQ or Tubular Labs
- Passionate about great content, advertising and brands and publishers including an understanding of the BET brand

Salary: Starting from £39,000 + (depending on experience)
