Role Description

This is an on-site role located in East London for a Careers Advisor. The Careers Advisor will provide one-on-one and group career counseling sessions for students, offering tailored career development plans and guidance. They will facilitate workshops, help students explore education and career options, and ensure access to resources that support career decision-making. The role involves collaborating with schools to deliver impactful career programs that align with student needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Expertise in Student Counseling and effective Communication
• Ability to build supportive relationships with young people and school staff
• Knowledge of the education sector and current career pathways
• Relevant qualifications in Career Guidance or a related field are beneficial
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in an on-site educational environment
