BDS Recruitment are looking for a Sheltered Housing administrator for a small site in South Watford. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP to work 8.5 hours per week over 2 days (flexible).
Pay rate: £15.96 paye per hour.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for:
- Logging information
- Signposting
- Health and safety checks of the building
- Reporting and repairs
You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
Criteria:
- Previous experience working with older adults or vulnerable adults
- Solid IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
