BDS Recruitment are looking for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a small site in North Watford. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

Pay rate: £15.96 PAYE or £20.06 umbrella.

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for assessing residents’ daily needs and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building, and reporting and repairs. You will also assist with rent arrears and day-to-day tenancy related management.

You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.

Criteria:

  • Previous experience working as a scheme manager or similar within sheltered housing
  • Solid IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident with rents and tenancy management
