Housing Management Worker in Sunderland

BDS are currently looking for a Housing Management Worker to work within Sunderland.\\n\\nThe role will be to work as part of a team managing a small portfolio of properties and tenancies within an allocated area.\\n\\nYou will work closely with a small group of people to provide an intense housing management service.\\n\\nYour duties will include;\\n\\n * Supporting tenants to manager their tenancy and assist with benefits claims\\n\\n * Signposting to relevant organisations.\\n\\n * Ensuring the correct tenancies are issued and ensure the tenant understands an accepts the tenancy obligations.\\n\\n * Maximise rent collection and adhere to the arears management policies and procedures.\\n\\n * Ad hoc duties within your remit.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate with have previous housing experience, including working with vulnerable adults and children aswell as dealing with tenancy related issues.\\n\\nYou will be required to have an enhanced DBS Certificate dated in the previous 12 months or on the updates service.\\n\\nYou will be required to have a full Uk driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance.\\n\\nPay; £14.06 PAYE or £18.56 Umbrella\\n\\n9am – 5pm Mon-Fri, 40 working hours, 35 paid, 5 hours lunch unpaid\\n\\nThese roles are temporary ongoing.\\n\\nApply now for immediate consideration
