Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Slough area. This role is 36 hours per week, delivered between Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. This is a temp to permanent position.

Pay rate: £15.95ph PAYE, £20.61ph UMBRELLA.

You must have an enhanced DBS from the last 12 months.

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing residents’ daily needs. Other duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs, and ensuring a safe environment for residents.

Role Summary:

  • Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
