BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Crawley. You will provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing residents’ daily needs, completing support plans and signposting information.
You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole, delivering a constant high service at all times. Managing voids and lettings, ensuring the scheme is maintained and developing strong links within the local community are all key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to easily learn new systems
- Excellent customer service
- Previous housing experience preferred
- Previous experience of working with older people preferred
- Enhanced DBS
- Driving licence
Working hours are 37 per week, Mon - Fri. Pay - Between £15.18ph PAYE or £19.69ph UMBRELLA. This is a temporary ongoing position to start ASAP. Apply now for immediate consideration.
