Overview
BDS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor in Pinner.
Hours- 20 hours per week β Monday to Friday 9.00am β 1pm- but start and finish time can be flexible.
This role is temporary ongoing in the first instance to start asap
Payrate: Β£15.49 PAYE or circa Β£19.68 UMBRELLA
The Role
- To ensure residents over 55 are able to live independently within sheltered and general housing using assistive technology.
- Managing a scheme of 31 apartments.
- To provide advice on low level rent arrears and liaise with the Income team.
- To carry out tenant daily wellbeing calls and checks based on assessed risk that promotes independence.
- Offering advice and guidance to residents to help them remain indepedent
About you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience of building checks and repairs reporting
- Experince in social and/or supported housing
- An Enhanced DBS dated in the previous 12 months or on the update service is vital for this role.
