In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver a person-centred service to older people , helping them live independently and safely within their communities. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the scheme, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, responsive service. From managing health and safety to supporting social engagement, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme * Support residents with tenancy plans and scheme inductions * Assess and manage risks including fire safety and health & safety * Maintain accurate records and uphold scheme security * Report and follow up on repairs, prioritising safety-related issues * Facilitate social interaction and communal activities * Assist in resident selection and allocation * Maintain professional boundaries and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed About the Candidate: You’ll be someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about supporting older individuals to live independently. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Experience supporting older or vulnerble people in a social housing setting. * Knowledge of welfare benefits and housing management.
