The predicted salary is between 44000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for 2 Repairs Inspectors to work within the damp and mould team for a leading Housing Association in London. The main focus of the role will be to manage works in progress to completion whilst undertaking mid-point inspections and post inspections. You will be responsible for producing the final quality report and will be reporting to the Complex Project Manager.
Main duties:
- Assist the Repairs Operations Lead, Surveyors and Local Officers within the Disrepair Team in the management of responsive repairs.
- Manage an audit/oversight regime for repairs, checking contractors are complying with H&S obligations.
- Manage a post inspection regime for your patch.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience in repairs inspections field and working with residents in a social housing setting.
- Report writing skills would be good also and any experience working with contractors.
Details:
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
- Pay rate: circa £220 - £250 per day.
- This is a temp ongoing role for at least the next 3 months with likely extension to start ASAP.
