Repairs Inspector

We are currently recruiting for 2 Repairs Inspector to work within the damp and mould team for a leading Housing Association in London.\\n\\nThe main focus of the role will be to undertake manage works in progress to completion whilst undertaking mid-point inspections and post inspections.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for producing the final quality report and will be reporting to the Complex Project Manager.\\n\\nMian duties will include;\\n\\n * Assist the Repairs Operations Lead, Surveyors and Local Officers within the Disrepair Team in the management of responsive repairs\\n\\n * Manage an audit/oversight regime for repairs, checking contractors are complying with H&S obligations\\n\\n * Manage a post inspection regime for your patch\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have;\\n\\n * Experience in repairs inspections field and working with residents in a social housing setting.\\n\\n * Report writing skills would be good also and any experience working with contractors\\n\\nHours; Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm.\\n\\nPay rate; circa £220 – £250 per day\\n\\nThis is a temp on going role for at least the next 3 months with liekly extension to start ASAP\\n\\nApply now for immediate consideration or call Tom to discuss
