The predicted salary is between 45000 - 75000 Β£ per year.
We are currently recruiting for 2x Repairs Inspector to work within the central Disrepair Team for a large Housing Association in London. The main focus of the role will be to undertake manage works in progress to completion whilst undertaking mid-point inspections and post inspections. You will be responsible for producing the final quality report and will be reporting to the Complex Project Manager. Mian duties will include; * Assist the Repairs Operations Lead, Surveyors and Local Officers within the Disrepair Team in the management of responsive repairs * Manage an audit/oversight regime for repairs, checking contractors are complying with H&S obligations * Manage a post inspection regime for your patch The ideal candidate will have; * Experience in repairs field and working with residents in a social housing setting. * Report writing skills would be good also and any experience working with contractors Hours; Monday β Friday 9am- 5pm.
