Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Peterborough area. This role is 28 hours per week, delivered between Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.
Pay rate: £15.49ph PAYE, £19.89ph UMB.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for assessing residents' daily needs, completing support plans, and signposting information, whilst liaising with in-house support workers daily to ensure a continued smooth service. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building, and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.
Role Summary:- 28 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)
- Working over 2 sites, 14 hours at each - these are in PE2 and PE3
- This is a temp ongoing position
- Working with older adults (Aged 55+)
- Based in Peterborough
- Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
