BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Coordinator based in Jesmond.
This role is 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. It is a temp, ongoing role to start ASAP.
Pay rate: £15.96 per hour. Via PAYE: £20.30 per hour under UMBRELLA.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide daily communication with residents who live independently within the scheme.
- Perform daily welfare checks on residents.
- Conduct health and safety checks on the building and report maintenance and repairs as required.
- Signpost residents to relevant information services.
- Organise occasional activities.
- Report any maintenance requirements.
