About the Role
- Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, joinery, basic electrics, decorating)
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard
- Keep schemes clean and organized, and complete all required paperwork
- Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and customers
- Look after company tools, equipment, and van
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a trade or multi‑skilled maintenance role
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or similar)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently
