BDS Recruitment are working with a leading housing charity in South Manchester to recruit 2 supported housing coordinators on an initial full time temporary ongoing basis. This is a hybrid role covering a small patch, and you will be the key contact for tenants and residents who require intensive, person-centred support.
You will coordinate multi-agency responses across safeguarding, health, welfare and tenancy matters, maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement.
