BDS are recruiting for a strong Administrator supporting across patches of dispersed, rented accommodation in the Mablethorpe area. These bungalows are a mixture of retirement and general needs. This role is perfect for someone from a housing, property or rent’s background or someone just with passion to learn and excel in a new position.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Rent management
  • Voids
  • Overseeing any low level ASB’s
  • Health and safety checks
  • Reporting repairs

There is no requirement for welfare checks/support/signposting. 20 hours – 3 or 4 days. Temp ongoing initially £15.95 PAYE or £20.25 Umbrella.

Please note: this role requires a full Enhanced DBS Certificate dated in the previous 12 months or on the updates service. You will also need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
