BDS are currently recruiting a Sheltered Housing Manager covering a bungalow patch in Leeds, LS15 for a well-known Housing Association.

Hours; 9 hours per week-Mon, Wed & Fri for 3 hours each morning, start time can be flexible between 8 & 9.30

  • This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
  • Pay rate- £15.49 PAYE

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently.

There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the buildings and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.
