BDS are currently working with a national social justice charity to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator to work with the Birmingham area. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the analysis, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs and pathways that enhance individuals' competence and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in integrating and maintaining effective L&D processes, procedures, and policies.
- Oversee e-learning content creation and updates.
- Compile, produce, and distribute accurate and timely L&D reports.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners by guiding them through mandatory training requirements and helping them access relevant development opportunities.
- Ensure all L&D-related information, guidance, and resources are accurate and up-to-date.
You will have:
- Significant experience in instructional design, adult learning, and skills acquisition.
- Working knowledge of competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, and programme design.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS), including optimisation and user support.
- Experience leading an L&D function or team in a dynamic environment.
This role is Full time 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (2 days in the office, 3 at home). Payrate - GBP15.13 p/h PAYE or GBP19.97 p/h UMB. Temp ongoing initially. There is the possibility of applying for the permanent role later in the year. Apply now for immediate consideration!
