BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Management Worker to work alongside a Social Justice Charity supporting vulnerable clients - offending, substance misuse, mental health etc.

Working: Hybrid - Mandatory office day on Wednesdays in Leicester - remaining days in community

Duties:

  • Referral, arrears and void Management
  • Property Standards and Maintenance and Repairs
  • Health and Safety and compliance management
  • Caseload Support of high need tenants
  • Line Management of Housing management workers

Essentials:

  • This role does require you to be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • You will need to hold an Enhanced DBS check dated within 12 months
  • You will need to hold relevant Housing Support experience with vulnerable client groups

The role is temp ongoing to start ASAP!

This is a hybrid role

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift pattern: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri

Pay rate: £14.55ph PAYE - £19.01ph UMB

You will need to hold a DBS – enhanced both Adults and children & Barred
