BDS are working with a housing association in South Manchester to recruit a housing and safeguarding manager to work with a local team to support vulnerable tenants to address issues such as tenancy breakdown risk, domestic abuse, mental health, social isolation and poverty. The post holder will work to enhance customer experience through the delivery of an efficient and effective service, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and best practices that enable greater customer voice and support aspirations ensuring excellent value for money.
Duties:
- To provide leadership to the team for all aspects of performance and take responsibility for the team’s achievement of outcomes and objectives.
- To maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer voice, demand trends and sustainment trigger points, using customer insight data to inform best approaches to deliver an effective service.
- To develop processes to support customers and deliver excellent customer service by focusing on the customer’s strengths, to successfully manage their tenancy and live independently, reducing homelessness.
- Work proactively with partners to deliver an effective Health.
