Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Support Assistant based in the Hessle, Hull area.
- The main duties of the role are;
- Regular welfare checks with residents
- Health and safety checks on the building
- Logging any maintenance repairs
- Signposting to relevant services
The ideal candidate will have
- Good IT skills
- Experience working in Housing
- An Enhanced DBS check from the last 12 months
This role is 30 hours per week.
- This will be delivered over 5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm
- This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
- Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.53ph UMB
