BDS are currently recruiting for 3 Executive Assistants to work closely and support Directors of one of the country’s top Retirement Living service providers working from the London office based in Camden.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all correspondence is managed within company policy, procedures and KPIs.
- Plan and manage the induction and onboarding of direct reports.
- Create, shape and improve written and visual materials for senior and Board-level audiences.
- Prepare effective agendas, take accurate minutes, produce action trackers, book meeting rooms and hospitality without guidance.
- Take ownership of the Executive Director’s budgets, trackers and approvals - Provide proactive insight on spend, risks and upcoming decisions.
Essential candidate criteria:
- Experience in budget management.
- Be able to work proactively with no supervision.
- Experience in a similar senior position within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and ability to produce board papers.
- Ability to work flexibly and be able to commute to the office when needed.
This role is a full-time permanent position. Hybrid working – Flexibility on office working days (Tuesday is non-negotiable). 3 days a week in the office on average but need to be happy to work to business needs.
Salary £50,000 per annum. Transport costs are covered but you must be able to reasonably commute to the London Office in Camden.
