BDS are currently working with a well-known housing organisation to recruit an Estates and Contracts Manager based in Erith, London. Your role would be to oversee local contract management of the suite of Estates Services and ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is delivered to customers. Duties will include; Managing all local estates related contracts, in a defined area ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, cost effective service to our customers and stakeholders. To lead on contract variations by dynamically responding to service demand To be a main area point of contact for Customers, Contractors, Property Managers, Customer Service Centre and other stakeholders Monitoring and contract management of contractors through Field Service and other IT systems. Any other reasonable duties or business requirement as requested A driver would be required for this role as a large part of the role is the ability to travel from site to site across a large geographical area in South East Hours – Monday – Friday – 35 hours Payrate; £23.95 per hour PAYE or £32.93 per hour UMB This role is temporary ongoing.
