Overview

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as an Estate Assistant based in Gravesend. Up to 15 hours per week. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP. Pay rate: 13.85ph PAYE - 17.28ph UMB.

Role Summary

  • 15 hours per week (3 hours per day)
  • This is a temp ongoing position
  • Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
  • Based in Gravesend
  • Previous experience dealing with maintenance and building compliance would be ideal.

Duties

  • Welfare checks on residents.
  • Completing daily and weekly health and safety checks on site, ensuring maintenance is completed as required.
  • Reporting any maintenance requirements.
  • Arranging works to be completed as required, dealing with contractors
