About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Sheltered Housing Officer to work across two retirement complexes in Brentwood and Chelmsford. In this rewarding role, you will deliver a person-centred service to older people, helping them live independently and safely within their communities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the scheme, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, responsive service. From managing health and safety to supporting social engagement, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme
  • Support residents with tenancy plans and scheme inductions
  • Assess and manage risks including fire safety and health
