BDS Recruitment have an exciting and new opportunity for an Income Collection Officer. This is a temp ongoing role in the first instance with good potential to become permanent at a later date. Rates from 28.56 per hour umbrella.
The role will work within the leasehold department where you will be responsible for calling Leaseholders and taking outstanding payments for ground rent. You will also on occasion be required to write to Leaseholders if you are not able to get through by phone.
