Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for a Sheltered Housing Scheme advisor covering 2 locations across Sheringham and Cromer. This role is 28 hours per week shift pattern to be agreed over 4 days. This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm.
Pay rate: £15.95ph PAYE - £20.49ph UMBRELLA.
Requirements:
- You must have enhanced DBS from the last 12 months.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing residents’ daily needs. Other duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring a safe environment for residents.
Role Summary:
- 28 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)
- To provide housing management support in sheltered accommodation
- Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
- Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal.
