BDS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to work with a Housing Association in Crewe. Main duties include but are not limited too; * Provide a visible, accessible face-to-face service to renting customers, homeowners and shared-owners * Maximise income, and reduce debt, in defined customer areas. * Address anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts. * Complete Health & Safety and compliance actions e.g. FRAs. * Use data to monitor own performance and that of others, taking action to improve as necessary. * Manage budget and remain within budget. * Complete regular estate inspections and take any necessary action to achieve quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have; * Experience in a similar role from a Housing background * Excellent customer service delivery, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly self-motivated with the ability to plan and work effectively without high levels of supervision. * Experience of working in a climate of legislative and organisational change. * Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations and deliver sustainable outcomes. Hours- Monday- Friday 9am- 5m Pay rate- £21.38ph PAYE- £27.75ph UMBRELLA Temp ongoing to start ASAP for around 6 months but could extend following this YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH ACSESS TO A VEHICLE!
