Date Entry Administrator in Coventry

BDS are recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity for a well know housing association in there CV3 office. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and technical proficiency. Main duties will include but are not limited too; * Entering data from various sources (paper documents, forms, spreadsheets, customer contact, etc.) into computer systems, databases, or other digital formats * Organising and maintaining data files, ensuring information is easily accessible and retrievable * Interacting with customers or clients to collect or clarify data * Assisting with basic troubleshooting related to data entry systems and processes * Reviewing entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies, and making necessary corrections * Following data entry protocols to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information The ideal candidate will have; * Good telephone customer service skills as may need to call customers to verify information / Data * String IT skills i.e. Excel * Ideally have worked with a CRM before * Good attention to detail * Pay rate – £13.80 ph PAYE / £18.97 Umbrella * Location – CV3 – 5 days a week, no WFH * Hours – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday THIS ROLE HAS A NONE- NEGOTIABLE STARTE DATE OF 5TH JAN- PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO THIS Temp ongoing to start ASAP Apply now for immediate consideration
