BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Coordinator based in Cambridge. This role is 15 hours per week over 3 or 4 days (flexible). This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.
Pay rate: £15.96ph PAYE - £20.06ph UMBRELLA.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for daily welfare checks to residents and signposting information. There will also be health and safety checks on the building and reporting any maintenance and repairs as required.
