BDS are recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-Ordinator in Broxbourne. The post will be based at a retirement complex for older adults who live independently. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service. Hours are full time Monday to Friday 9-5. Temporary ongoing position in the first instance. Salary- £15.49ph PAYE plus holiday pay / £20 via umbrella.
Main duties:
- Speaking with the residents daily
- Signposting information on other services, in and around the area
- Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required
- Liaising with contractors
- Tenancy management
Experience in housing management is essential alongside good PC skills, with a proven track record in delivering a high level of customer service. An enhanced DBS will be required, issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service. Please apply now for immediate consideration.
