BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced cleaner/grounds person to provide estate maintenance to a retirment complex in Brighton. You will need to be a driver for this position and a van is provided. Some of the key duties involved are: * Lawn mowing/Lawn care * Border management * Cleaning * Strimming * Litter picking * Bin store management * Bulk waste removal when necessary We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills, as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you will be working both within a team and on your own. Working hours are 21 per week worked - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm or 9:00am until 5:00pm. The rate is £ 14.63 p/h PAYE or £ 18.86 p/h Umbrella.
