BDS are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Procurement Team of a well-established team in their Bodmin office. As a key member of the Strategic Procurement Team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure efficient, compliant procurement activity across multiple business areas.
Key Duties:
- Managing day-to-day procurement processes
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with procurement rules and frameworks
- Sourcing quotations and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining procurement records and managing the central procurement inbox
The ideal candidate will:
- An NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience gained in a busy office environment is desirable.
- Microsoft packages including Excel for data analysis.
- A strong attention to detail, data entry and administration accuracy is required.
- Having an interest in procurement/buying is desirable and formal training for the right candidate is available if a procurement related career is desired.
Location: Bodmin some Hybrid working. Full time office based for training
Pay Rate: £13.45ph
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours
