BDS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a learning and development specialist to work with a national provider of social housing for vulnerable adults.

Contract: 12 month FTC

Salary: £40,000

Base: Remote

The postholder will work with the wider people team to shape an outstanding employee experience from day one and lead across national apprenticeship programmes.

Key Duties:

  • Be the specialist for national apprenticeships programmes and funding, ensuring training providers are offering value from levy investments and offering suitable programmes.
  • Manage and develop induction programmes.
  • Providing smooth, engaging employee lifecycle moments to offer data-led improvements across performance, resourcing, compliance and development.
  • Help to provide and develop situation judgment testing to deliver on qualification, knowledge and behaviour assessments.
  • Provide clear, practical guidance that supports managers and colleagues with E-learning programmes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in organisational development, colleague experience or engagement.
  • A passion for helping people succeed.
  • Confidence using data to spot trends and drive change – Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
  • HR/L&D experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, adaptability and a collaborative approach.
  • Great project management and attention to detail.
