BDS are recruiting for an amazing opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to work with a fantastic Housing Association! You will be based primarily based working in the Leeds office, with travel to work with properties across Wakefield, Kirklees, and North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for managing and delivering housing surveys in line with HHSRS regulations along with specifying repairs and managing their completion. Using your strong Administration and IT Skills you will be raising work orders and maintaining accurate records using the bespoke software system. Duties will include but not be limited to : * Identify and manage repairs resulting from your HHSRS Surveys * Using NAT Fed SOR codes to specify and manage repairs. * Liaise with Contractors and Tenants to ensure high levels of customer service * Undertake up to 8 Pre and Post inspections on a daily basis * Proactively manage and prioritise your workload The ideal candidate will have: * Extensive experience with HHSRS surveys * Strong working knowledge of NAT Fed SOR codes * Excellent Admin and IT Skills * Experience of Team Management * HNC/D Building or Construction qualification * Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle This is a full-time role; Working hours – Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00 or 08:00 – 16:00 This is a permanent position Salary; £40,534per annum, plus car allowance starting from £630.51per annum Other perks include; * 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) * Pension scheme with employer matching up to 10% * Opportunity to transition to a Project Manager role after 12 months Apply now for immediate consideration
