BDs Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our clients Community Safety Team, leading on the service they provide to residents and visitors within the borough for anti-social behaviour.
This is a temporary ongoing contract to start asap pay rate circa £35 ph umbrella offering a hybrid approach to include 2 days in the office.
Working and developing your skills and knowledge under the supervision and support of an experienced Community Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the ASB service throughout the borough. This includes providing support, guidance and supervision to a team of ASB Officers and Safer Street Wardens, to ensure that all aspects of ASB are delivered.
You will establish and develop relationships with internal colleagues and external partnership agencies as a key aspect of the role. You will have the confidence and resilience to deal with challenging individuals, with the ability to problem solve effectively. You must therefore have good interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and professional approach to work.
We are keen to hear from you if you have:
- Thorough knowledge of relevant anti-social behaviour, housing and crime and disorder legislation
- Experience of working with partnership agencies
- The ability to work proactively with minimum supervision
- The ability and experience to manage and lead a team
