BDS Recruitment are looking for a Sheltered Housing administrator for a small site in South Watford. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP to work 8.5 hours per week over 2 days (flexible).
Pay rate: £15.96 PAYE per hour.
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for logging information, signposting, health and safety checks of the building, and reporting and repairs.
You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
Criteria:- Previous experience working with older adults or vulnerable adults
- Solid IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
