About the Role

BDR Group is looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Energy Department. As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping businesses secure the most suitable energy contracts by providing expert market insight and identifying opportunities to reduce costs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing business customers regarding their energy requirements.
  • Manage energy contract renewals and procure competitive quotations from a wide range of suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor energy market trends and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals.
  • Prepare and present energy proposals and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Previous sales experience (energy industry experience preferred but not essential).
