Due to an operational restructure at our Bamber Bridge Manufacturing site, we are creating several new opportunities for experienced Production Managers to join our team and improve high-quality manufacturing performance.
You will take full ownership of your production area, supporting the Value Stream Senior Manager to deliver customer requirements, improve processes, and develop high-performing teams. You will also act as deputy for the Value Stream Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective management of suppliers, contractors and visitors, including adherence to permit systems and compliance requirements.
- Experience in Health & Safety management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering KPIs and managing production performance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, PFMEAs and control plans.
- Working knowledge of ISO.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and basic financial principles.
- Working knowledge of SAP or M3.
