You will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring marketing communications that drive awareness, engagement and conversion, positioning Baxi as a trusted, installer-led and sustainable heating and hot water solutions provider across our residential customer base. This is a hands-on role, working closely with sales, product and training, as well as external partners, to deliver customer-focused, on-trade marketing activity that supports business growth.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning, developing and implementing integrated, installer-led marketing communications strategies and plans that are data and insight driven, meeting customer needs and driving business value.
- Delivering marketing plans and activity across the full marketing mix including direct marketing, content marketing, social media, digital marketing, sales collateral, advertising, events, training support, telemarketing, video and market research.
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity to drive brand awareness, installer engagement and conversion, using data and insight to recommend future activity.
- Ensuring consistent, accurate and compelling Baxi brand representation across all internal and external communications.
- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (sales, training, product, customer support) and external partners to deliver joined-up, focused marketing plans.
- Ensuring all marketing activity complies with legal, technical, corporate and GDPR requirements.
- Managing external agencies and suppliers to ensure marketing activity is delivered to the required quality, on time and within budget.
- Managing and administering marketing budgets in line with company policies, including monitoring spend, invoice matching and accruals.
- Managing marketing projects end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders to gain input and approvals, track progress, escalate risks and clearly communicate results.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer segments, championing the voice of the installers to reduce pain points and maximise key moments across the customer journey.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the residential heating marketplace, installer behaviours and competitive landscape to inform effective, differentiated marketing communications.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and focused communications and content.
- A commercial mindset with strong analytical capability to support sales performance, installer conversion and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including sales teams and field-based roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and priorities to agreed deadlines.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and insight and translate this into actionable recommendations.
