An exciting and challenging new opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager for the Baxi Residential One-Off sales team, based in the South Midlands region covering Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham Postcodes, reporting to Tony Davies (Regional Sales Manager).
As Area Sales Manager you will be required to maintain existing one-off installers and grow business levels with them via a network of merchants, to achieve set targets for selling Baxi domestic solutions including gas boilers, ASHP’s, unvented cylinder ranges & domestic point of use Heatrae Sadia products.
The Area Sales Manager would also be responsible for working with merchants in that area to sell the Baxi & Heatrae Sadia product range and pull through sales from the installers to the merchants. This will involve trade events, face to face booked appointments and telephone contact with both merchants and installers.
This role is vitally important to Baxi, we will be looking for a highly motivated individual who will work diligently using a journey plan, finding lucrative new business via the installer and merchant sectors.
As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing one-off installers.
- Grow business levels via a network of merchants.
- Achieve set targets for selling Baxi domestic solutions.
- Work with merchants to sell the Baxi & Heatrae Sadia product range.
- Conduct trade events and face-to-face appointments.
About you:
Ideally you will have experience of our marketplace, but the important attribute is that you are self-motivated; work well in a team environment and have the ability to talk to installers/merchants and sell them the features and benefits of the Baxi and Heatrae Sadia range. The successful applicant would also need to work with our Key Account Merchants in building up a trusting relationship for the benefit of all concerned.
Education & Experience:
