You will be someone who is comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners. You will be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

You will have:

  • An in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues
  • Project and staff management experience
  • The ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably while actively seeking opportunities for developing new clients and selling new services to existing clients
  • Experience of dealing with client senior management
  • A degree and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
  • Demonstrable post-qualified experience
