Our team works collaboratively with others across BDO, offering clients in the UK and overseas expert advice and solutions that help them overcome their challenges. Responsibilities:

  • Provide Corporate Tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, including start‑ups, scale‑ups, private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients — from client take‑on and engagement, to billings and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
  • Lead complex projects and identify opportunities for enhancing delivery and expanding services.
  • Work closely with shared service teams or technology tools to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with senior managers, directors and partners to enable client service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • In‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take‑on, engagement, billings, identification of opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
  • Ability to provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using resources from a shared service team or via technology tools.
  • Understanding of potential risks to the firm related to quality control procedures.
  • Experience leading complex projects.
  • Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
